RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be satisfied with your order. However, keep in mind that the colors and layers of G10 may vary from grip to grip. Should anything not be to your satisfaction, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt of the order. For a refund, you will receive your money back, minus the shipping charges. If you would like to exchange the item for any reason you will need to pay the cost of shipping. If there needs to be a return due to a mistake on our part, we will pay all shipping charges. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
*If returning or exchanging custom cut grips, a $20 restocking fee will be applied. How do you know if you have custom grips? When you select one of the choices under the “options” drop down box on the website, it is a custom cut. It can also be a custom set if you have to call in your order. This can include but not limited to: Bobtails, thumb notches, custom etched grips, and beveled bottoms.
* If you are returning/exchanging an item that you have had for more than 14 days, you will be charged a $20 restocking fee.
* If you are returning a sale grip, you will be charged a $5 restocking fee.

We will do our best to get your order out quickly and accurately but, remember we do allow up to 14 business days to manufacture, modify, and ship out grips.
Once your order is placed, you cannot cancel, change or modify it at all. If you have any questions about your grips please contact us before placing the order.
You can choose to go through our return/exchange policy only after the grips are delivered to you. All modified grips are subject to a $20 restocking fee.
VZ Grips ships orders Monday through Friday via UPS so that the orders can be tracked and the delivery confirmed. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Due to high demand, numerous grip options and modifications we allow ourselves up to 14 business days (14-28 business days for custom etchings) to manufacture and ship grips that are not in stock. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is shipping out. VZ Grips is a small, but growing business that machines and finishes all grips on site (Tallahassee, Florida).
Shipping transit times are typically 1-5 business days. UPS tracks the orders at every location and guarantees delivery. Once an order has been picked up by our carrier we no longer have control of the package and are not responsible for delays in shipping. However, If an order has not arrived within 3 days of the expected date please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can contact the carrier.
We do not guarantee your order will ship out the same day that it is placed. Our policy allows us up to 14 business days due to high demand and grip options/modifications. If you need something in a rush, please call us to check to see if the item you would like is in stock and ready to ship out. You will be notified when the order is shipping and this method usually takes 1-2 business days.
All promotions regarding free and/or discounted shipping are applicable to domestic orders only.
We accept all major credit cards for payment. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Our site uses a secure server and all data is transmitted encrypted. Using your credit card is safe and secure at VZ Grips. Your order is charged at the time it is placed.
We accept Pay Pal. Please note that Pay Pal payment is expected at time of checkout. We will not hold items for Pay Pal payment at a later date.
VZ Grips will NEVER sell or give out any of your personal information to any other company or service. The information you send to VZ Grips is kept on an encrypted secure server.
VZ Grips uses the Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting feature to identify trends in the usage of its website which may be published in reports for internal use.
The personally identifiable information that you provide to us and information about your order may be combined with other personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) available from our records and other sources. We also use Pixel Tags to collect additional information regarding your browsing experience. This information will be used to make our future marketing efforts more efficient and to provide you with a more relevant and timely brand and shopping experience.
VZ Grips is not responsible for pricing errors on our website. We will always contact a customer prior to shipping to inform them if there has been an error in pricing. Bottom line is this: with thousands of SKU’s to manage, there are times where something strange will pop up for 2 cents or even a negative price. We are not a large enough company to just “eat” those mistakes (heck even the big guys won’t in all cases). We will let you know the real price before shipping.
