G-10 & Wood Disclaimer:
Please be aware that the colors and layers of G-10 and wood materials we use to make our grips will vary from one grip to another. Each grip is unique and may not be perfectly represented by the images on our website. This uniqueness is a characteristic of the G-10 material and is not considered a defect. Therefore, returns based solely on color or layer variations in the G-10 material are subject to our standard return policy.

Revolver Grip Disclaimer:
We recognize that many revolvers, particularly those with a long production history, exhibit a range of frame variations from the manufacturer. We diligently strive to ensure that our grips are compatible with as many frames as possible.

However, due to the inherently inflexible nature of G-10, achieving a perfect fit for every frame variation is not always possible. As such, grips returned solely because they do not fit a specific revolver or do not fit a revolver that they were not designed for, will not be considered defective. These returns will be processed in accordance with our standard return policy and the cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Processing Time:
The return process may take up to 30 days. Your patience is appreciated as we inspect returned items and process your refund or exchange.

Final Sales After 90 Days:
All sales become final 90 days from the date of receipt. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted beyond this period.

Returns Within 14 Days of Receipt:
Items returned within 14 days (2 weeks) of receipt will not incur any restocking fees, unless they were customized with additional modifications. Additional modifications include, but are not limited to, thumb notches, super scoops, beveled bottoms, round bottoms, bobtails, laser engravings, etc.

• Modified Items or Late Returns: If it has been more than 14 days (2 weeks) since you received your items, or if your items were manufactured with custom modifications, a $20 restocking fee may be applied.

Clearance Items:
Returns of clearance items may be subject to a $5 restocking fee.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will not be refunded for items that are not defective.

Condition of Returned Items:
All returns must be in like-new condition. Items should be returned in their original condition.

Direct Purchases Only:
All returns must have been purchased directly from VZ Grips. Items purchased from third-party vendors, such as Amazon, cannot be returned to VZ Grips.

Please be aware that the majority of our grips are crafted on a made-to-order basis. This means that only a limited selection of items available on our site are "In-Stock" and ready for immediate shipment. Unless otherwise specifically stated on the product page, when placing an order assume that it will need to be manufactured before shipping.

On average, orders are typically ready to ship in less than one week. However, please allow up to 15 business days (3 weeks) for the production of your order. For grips that include custom laser engraving, please extend this allowance to up to 20 business days (4 weeks).

General Shipping Practices:
VZ Grips ships orders from Monday to Friday using UPS, FedEx, and USPS (for locations not serviced by UPS or FedEx, such as P.O. Boxes). Orders are processed and dispatched in the order they are received. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (The United States Including Alaska and Hawaii):Unless specifically requested otherwise, VZ Grips uses 2-Day Shipping via UPS® or FedEx® for all domestic orders. UPS® and FedEx® provide tracking for each order and guarantee delivery. Once an order is picked up by our carrier, we are not responsible for delays in shipping. However, if your order has not arrived within 3 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at [email protected]. In cases where orders are lost or damaged in transit by UPS or FedEx, we will replace the items at no cost to the customer.

International Shipping (Outside the United States):
International orders are shipped via UPS® (UPS Worldwide Expedited®) or FedEx® (International Priority). Shipping times for international orders will vary depending on the destination. In cases where orders are lost or damaged in transit by the carrier, we will replace the items at no cost to the customer. Please note that orders lost, damaged, or seized by customs authorities will not be replaced.

Promotional Shipping:
Any promotions offering free or discounted shipping apply only to domestic orders.
