Returns and Exchanges: 

Grips:

We want you to be satisfied with your order. However, should anything not be to your satisfaction, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt of the order. For a refund, you will receive your money back, minus the shipping charges. If you would like to exchange the item for any reason you will need to pay the cost of shipping. If there needs to be a return due to a mistake on our part, we will pay all shipping charges. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.

*If returning or exchanging custom cut grips, a $20 restocking fee will be applied. How do you know if you have custom grips? When you select one of the choices under the "options" drop down box on the website, it is a custom cut. It can also be a custom set if you have to call in your order. This can include but not limited to: Bobtails, thumb notches, custom etched grips, and beveled bottoms.

 * If you are returning/exchanging an item that you have had for more than 14 days, you will be charged a $20 restocking fee.

Shipping:

Due to Extreme Volume, Some orders may take up to 14 days to ship. We hope to get back to the normal 7 days by March 16th. Most orders will ship within the week purchased. Thanks for your patience!!! 

VZ Grips ships orders Monday through Friday and ships via USPS Priority, USPS Express or UPS Ground so that the orders can be tracked and the delivery confirmed. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received and most orders are shipped in one to two business days. Due to high demand, numerous grip options and modifications we allow ourselves 7 business days to ship out the order. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is shipping out. VZ Grips is a small, but growing business that machines and finishes all grips on site (Tallahassee, Florida). We will get your order out to you as soon as we can.  
 

US Postal Priority Mail:
Shipping transit time is normally 2-3 business days, but that is not guaranteed by the post office. This method has a delivery confirmation number. This is not the same as a tracking number from FedEx. They do NOT scan the package at every step of the way. In fact, many times they only scan it when it gets put on your local carrier's truck for final delivery. This means that when you "track" it you might not see any scans other than something like: The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on August 27, 2007 to expect your package for mailing.

USPS Express Mail

We do not guarantee your order will ship out the same day that it is placed. Our policy allows us 7 business days because of high demand and grip options/modifications. If you need something in a rush, please call us to check to see if the item you would like is in stock and ready to ship out. You will be notified when the order is shipping and this method usually takes 1-2 business days.

UPS Ground

Shipping transit times is 1-5 days. UPS tracks the orders at every location and guarantees delivery, known in advance when your shipment will arrive.
