Returns and Exchanges:
Grips:
We
want you to be satisfied with your order. However, should anything not
be to your satisfaction, you can return or exchange the item within 14
days of receipt of the order. For a refund, you will receive your money
back, minus the shipping charges. If you would like to exchange the item
for any reason you will need to pay the cost of shipping. If there
needs to be a return due to a mistake on our part, we will pay all
shipping charges. All items must be returned in the same condition as
they were received.
*If
returning or exchanging custom cut grips, a $20 restocking fee will be
applied. How do you know if you have custom grips? When you select one
of the choices under the "options" drop down box on the website, it is a
custom cut. It can also be a custom set if you have to call in your
order. This can include but not limited to: Bobtails, thumb notches,
Etched grips, and beveled bottoms.
All Other Products:
Again,
we want you to be satisfied with your order. The different
manufacturers that we carry each have different rules as to how they
like to handle defects. Should you receive a packaged item that is
damaged from the manufacturer, please let us know and we will let you
know where to send it for an exchange.
Shipping:

Grips ships orders Monday through Friday using the United States Postal
Service. Standard shipping includes priority and first class mail for
all domestic orders. Express mail for all international orders. This
allows the orders to be tracked and the delivery confirmed. Orders are
processed and shipped in the order they are received. Most orders are
shipped in one to two business days but due to high demand, some items
may take up to seven business days to ship. VZ Grips is a small, but
growing business that machines and finishes all grips on site
(Tallahassee, Florida). We will get your order out to you as soon as we
can.
US Postal First Class:
This method is only good up to 13 ounces packed weight. Shipping transit times can vary greatly from 3 to 14 days. There is no delivery confirmation or tracking number or insurance. Please understand that we are NOT responsible for any loss or damage should you select this method of shipping. We are happy to offer the cheap service, but please understand its limitations.

This is not the same as a tracking number from FedEx. They do NOT scan the package at every step of the way. In fact, many times they only scan it when it gets put on your local carrier's truck for final delivery. This means that when you "track" it you might not see any scans other than something like: The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on August 27, 2007 to expect your package for mailing.

or service. The information you send to VZ Grips is kept on an encrypted

Pricing:
VZ
Grips is not responsible for pricing errors on our website. We will
always contact a customer prior to shipping to inform them if there has
been an error in pricing. Bottom line is this: with thousands of SKU's
to manage, there are times where something strange will pop up for 2
cents or even a negative price. We are not a large enough company to
just "eat" those mistakes (heck even the big guys won't in all
cases). We will let you know the real price before shipping.
